How is sound a part of people’s lives?2013-09-03 5:44 Minded
I know its a pretty basic question, but I need examples like ‘its a way in which we communicate’. If you can add more examples thats great. Also how is the loss of sound significant in deaf peoples lives? Thanks.
by stevesim…: Wow…what a big question. Some random thoughts…Maybe think of sounds in the environment:wind, birds, insects, rustling leaves, the sound of the sea..etcThen maybe in terrms of noise:aircraft. ,cars, lorries, drils, lawn mowers etc. Most communicate thro speech tho hearing impaired may use sign languge-which is full and expressive language in its own right.Imagine not being able to hear music…And the difficulty of expressing music in words or signs..Hope that helps…
by Candy Bar: It’s part of our 5 senses which we use everyday If it wasn’t for sound we would have 1 less way of communication and music would w an impact
